The Department of Horticulture and Karnataka State Mango Development and Marketing Corporation Ltd. have jointly organised a State Level Mango and Jackfruit Exhibition-cum-Sale at Cubbon Park from May 8 to May 17, 2026.
The mela aims to provide naturally ripened, carbide-free fruits directly from farmers to consumers while ensuring fair prices to growers. Popular mango varieties including Badami, Mallika, Rasapuri, Sendura, and GI-tagged Kari Ishad mango from Uttara Kannada are available for sale along with premium jackfruit varieties.
Growers from Ramanagara, Mandya, Tumakuru and Uttara Kannada are participating in the mela with 57 stalls showcasing fresh produce and value-added products.
