*Wife’s victim to elephant trampling; CM DK Shivakumar condoles IPS officer Sunil Acchaiah* 

Bangalore, June 05: CM DK Sivakumar called Sandhya Acchaiah’s husband and Delhi DGP in Konanakatte village of Kodagu district this morning and expressed his condolences. This is a shocking incident. I was very sad to know the matter. We are also involved in your pain. May God give you and your family members the strength to bear the grief, CM told Sunil Acchaiah. He also said that appropriate instructions have been given to the concerned authorities to take necessary action to prevent the forest menace. When Sandhya Acchaiah was going to observe work in a coffee plantation near Thitimati, the forest attacked him and killed him.
